The HR Business Partner I advises Operations leaders and management on policies, engagement, retention, training, and performance. This position manages the full team member life cycle across airport Food & Beverage and Retail operations. You will support compliance, investigations, change initiatives, and positive labor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct HR activities across assigned airport or location cluster
- Manage attraction, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding
- Advise leaders on performance, policy, engagement, and retention matters
- Conduct confidential investigations and document findings thoroughly
- Support grievances, arbitrations, negotiations, and CBA understanding
Requirements:
- More than five years combined education and professional experience
- Five to seven years of Human Resources experience in technical roles
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting, employee, and labor relations
- Professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and strong business acumen
- Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency with adaptability across systems
