About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager (Engineering-Focused) to play an integral leadership role in planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience and technical understanding of engineering principles to ensure successful project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. - Proven experience in construction project management is required.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and change control using best-practice project management methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (engineering, design, construction, HSE, and asset management) to ensure integrated delivery.
- Support proposal development, resource planning, contract administration, and client communications.
- Facilitate communication among clients, regulators, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee project deliverables, including reports, schedules, budgets, design documentation, and technical correspondence.
- Drive project meetings, status reporting, and performance tracking to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Mentor and support junior staff in project coordination and documentation.
Experience

- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is required.
- While a P.Eng. designation is preferred, we value deep technical expertise and a strong command of engineering processes. Candidates must be eligible for registration with APEGA and committed to obtaining their license within an agreed-upon timeframe.
