As a Client Services Coordinator, you will support brokers and clients in a fast-paced real estate environment. The work combines presentation support, listing and offer preparation, property marketing, client reporting, market research, and transaction administration. You will also coordinate promotional and post-sales materials under the marketing team's direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain legal documents throughout deals and due diligence
- Review listings, expiry dates, correspondence, and client reporting
- Create presentations, proposals, brochures, invitations, and signage
- Research markets using CRM, MLS, Altus, and CoStar
- Coordinate meetings, tours, travel, transactions, and administrative files
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of real estate experience
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to manage timelines, details, and changing tasks
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
