As a New Account Administrator, you will provide administrative support across fee-based lines of business and ongoing account management. You will process applications, update client data, and maintain accurate documentation. The work supports Aviso's Canadian wealth management and investment services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new accounts according to service level agreements
- Support fee-based business lines and ongoing account management
- Review applications and provide clear, current processing notes
- Prepare accounts, code transactions, and update client data
- Communicate issues and changes with peers and supervisors
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- One to two years of administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dataphile experience and Canadian Securities Course completion are assets
- English fluency and ability to work EST standard hours
