Support operational execution, governance, and improvement. As Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations, you will support Aviso’s Asset Management Product team. Your work spans mutual funds, pooled funds, Exchange Traded Funds, High Interest Savings Accounts, and related products. You will combine operational leadership, risk management, and cross-functional project experience to strengthen product processes and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as operational subject matter expert for investment fund products Lead readiness for launches, mergers, terminations, and reorganizations Ensure processes remain scalable, efficient, and well controlled Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Lead enterprise projects impacting investment products Requirements:
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline Eight or more years across asset or wealth management Five years leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Understanding of Canadian investment funds and product structures Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills Bring fund operations leadership, investment product knowledge, and strategic project expertise to Aviso Wealth’s Asset Management Product team.
