Harbourfront Wealth Council seeks a permanent, full-time Portfolio Administrator for its Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support operational initiatives, review workflows, and help implement improvements. The position involves account administration, trading, transfers, reconciliations, and systems implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Portfolio Management and Operations teams with daily initiatives
- Review workflows for inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Document redesigned procedures, processes, controls, and system changes
- Support user testing, process mapping, and team adoption
- Analyze operational data and support data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
- One to two years investment operations experience in wealth management
- Understanding of onboarding, accounts, custodial processes, trading, and transfers
- Experience supporting workflow redesign and process improvements
- Excel and automation experience; coding considered an asset
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
