Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze quality issues and develop actionable solutions
- Supervise and support the Quality Inspection team
- Define quality-control activities for composite components
- Train employees on quality processes and requirements
- Collaborate with Production for process control and conformity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering
- 1-3 years relevant manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, or FAI
- Autonomy and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in French and English for documentation
