Align Project Management, department heads, engineering, CAD, programming, shop, and field teams around project deliverables. Oversee outsourced and subcontract activities while mentoring technical staff and maintaining efficient timelines. Key Responsibilities:

Experience developing processes and streamlining installation operations Ability to create alignment among management and technical teams Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Four to six years’ installation management experience preferred Use operational leadership, process improvement, and project coordination to strengthen AVI-SPL fabrication and installation delivery.
