- Lead and mentor assistant property managers and maintenance staff

- Conduct thorough inspections and address resident complaints
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair responses
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Accredited property manager certification preferred
- Willing to work outside normal hours as needed
