Avenue Living Residential is seeking a property manager to oversee leasing, renewals, and maintenance for our Calgary portfolio. You will handle showings, screen applicants, process leases, and ensure renewals and payments are handled on time while delivering excellent resident service.
Partnering with the Residential Portfolio Manager, you’ll help manage inventories, budgets, vendor coordination, and Yardi entries to maintain efficient operations and a safe, welcoming living environment.
