This role keeps you at the center of regional operations. You will lead the performance of a residential portfolio by driving operational excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you’ll play a key role in optimizing assets, developing talent, and enhancing the resident experience across the region.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Proven experience leading residential property management operations across multiple sites or portfolios.
- Strong operational, financial, and asset management knowledge within residential real estate.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing property management teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Ability to execute corporate strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-portfolio environment.
- Proficiency with property management systems and reporting tools.
