Secure Cohere’s AI products through architecture reviews, threat modeling, and hands-on testing in a remote-friendly global company. Python, Go, or TypeScript expertise matters. As a Senior Product Security Engineer, you will work alongside engineers building enterprise AI products. You will assess prompt injection, unsafe tool use, authorization, identity, delegation, data exposure, and tenant isolation. The work spans production codebases, modern application architecture, and emerging agentic AI risks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, code, and security-sensitive change reviews Threat model capabilities and prioritize practical mitigations Develop proofs of concept and assess exploitability Build secure defaults, reusable controls, and automated checks Pair with engineers and communicate risk decisions clearly Requirements:
Strong software engineering fundamentals and production coding ability Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript Experience leading security reviews or threat models Knowledge of vulnerability classes and design failures Understanding of APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Apply product security engineering expertise to protect Cohere’s enterprise AI systems, customer data, authorization, and isolation boundaries.
