Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer briefs and route required information for approval
- Coordinate approved opportunities with Engineering Program Manager assignment
- Track pre-delivery stages, blockers, actions, and missing information
- Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control operational data
- Design, test, monitor, and improve workflow automations
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in business analysis or operations roles
- Experience with CRM and business operations systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong automation skills and experience with multiple AI tools
