Support reliable infrastructure delivery across Alberta. As Supervisor, Construction, you will oversee field execution for transmission projects from planning through construction. You will coordinate engineering, operations, and project teams while managing schedules, costs, contractors, and construction personnel. The work supports safe, efficient, high-quality project delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee transmission line projects for safety, quality, schedule, and cost Establish schedules, develop work packages, and monitor project costs Lead, coach, mentor, and support construction personnel and contractors Manage contractor relationships and contractual obligations Coordinate stakeholders supporting land acquisition and construction activities Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management Minimum 10 years of construction experience At least five years in transmission line projects preferred Understanding of OH&S Regulations and transmission standards Valid Alberta class 5 vehicle operator’s license Bring transmission construction, project coordination, and people leadership experience to ATCO’s Edmonton-based infrastructure delivery team.
