Own AI product growth at Jobber as Senior Product Manager, shaping how Teammate reaches service providers and changes their workflows. Within Jobber’s AI Workflows organization, you will lead Teammate growth across discovery, onboarding, first value, habit, and advocacy. You will build products for home service businesses, including plumbers, electricians, painters, and landscapers, while driving adoption and monetization. Key Responsibilities:
Understand home service businesses and their changing work habits Own Teammate growth from discovery through advocacy Drive net-new acquisition and existing-customer conversion Build and iterate AI onboarding and activation Define metrics, value evidence, and monetization paths Requirements:
Five-plus years of product management experience Evidence of shipping AI products through long-term outcomes Experience owning acquisition, activation, and retention curves Track record moving AI products into mainstream usage Comfort designing around non-deterministic product behavior Bring AI product management, growth strategy, and customer adoption expertise to Jobber’s Teammate organization in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, or Boston.
