Commercial construction estimating demands Seljax proficiency and precise project analysis. Serve Evergreen Co-op customers professionally while managing multiple estimates. As an Estimator, you will perform estimating duties for commercial, residential, and farm projects. The work involves reviewing tender drawings, analyzing specifications, and preparing cost plans. You will also coordinate supplier, contractor, and subcontractor information while supporting customer sales and service. Key Responsibilities:
Perform required estimating duties across assigned projects Analyze tender project drawings and specifications Set up and input estimates using software Prepare supplier, contractor, and subcontractor directories Present merchandise information supporting customer needs and sales Requirements:
Minimum ten years commercial, residential, and farm estimating experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and Seljax Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to present and sell cost plans Valid driver's license with clean abstract Apply commercial estimating expertise, Seljax knowledge, and customer service skills to accurate Evergreen Co-op project cost plans.
