Lead construction financial control at eStruxture Data Centers, applying advanced analytics and forecasting to major infrastructure investments. Work Monday to Friday in an office environment. The Vice President partners with Leadership and Construction & Engineering teams on the financial lifecycle of construction projects. This senior role oversees CapEx tracking, cash flow forecasting, change management, and project controls. It presents financial trends and variances to executive stakeholders while managing two direct reports. Key Responsibilities:
Track construction CapEx against project budgets and timelines Identify cost differences, overruns, delays, and corrective initiatives Monitor and authorize change orders and contract amendments Develop baseline cost and CapEx forecasting models Approve payment, deposit, and vendor forecasts Requirements:
15 years in project control or financial planning Experience with data centers, infrastructure, or heavy construction Construction project control experience valued at $100M or more Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience Bring strategic construction control, analytical modeling, and executive communication skills to eStruxture’s expanding infrastructure investments across Canada.
