Lead integrated planning and scheduling for Cenovus’s Well Delivery Program Integration Team, using Primavera P6 and performance analysis expertise. Work across multidisciplinary teams to improve portfolio execution. As Senior Advisor, Program Planning and Scheduling, you will support an approximately $300 million annual sustaining capital portfolio. The role connects scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and business priorities through executable plans. You will provide scenarios and recommendations that strengthen execution certainty and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated schedules across project and functional teams Maintain dependencies, constraints, resources, decisions, and handoffs Coordinate weekly updates, assessments, and scenario development Explain variances, impacts, corrective actions, and required decisions Improve planning methodologies, templates, reporting, and quality assurance Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in Canada Post-secondary degree, diploma, or relevant certificate Eight-plus years of oil and gas experience Eight-plus years using Primavera P6 for project planning Experience with automation, data transformation, or AI-enabled capabilities Apply integrated scheduling, analytical judgment, and stakeholder influence to advance Cenovus Well Delivery portfolio performance.
