As Construction Project Manager within ATCO Facility Solutions, you will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects for commercial and industrial clients. The work includes new installations, upgrades, and general contractor management. Your responsibilities span budgets, resources, site compliance, safety, estimating, contracts, closeout, and client support. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple Alberta installation projects, timelines, budgets, and quality Monitor sites for standards, specifications, codes, and design compliance Coordinate trades, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Manage estimates, expenses, invoices, change orders, and contracts Complete closeouts, handovers, warranty support, and project transitions Requirements:
Five to ten years leading mechanical installation experience with HVAC Journeyman ticket Or three to five years installation experience with P. Eng or CET HVAC installation expertise in chillers, AHUs, and hydronic systems Construction management software familiarity and onsite fabrication experience Class 5 non-GDL license and Alberta travel availability required Apply HVAC project leadership, commercial installation knowledge, and construction management expertise to ATCO Frontec projects across Alberta.
