Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the HR inbox and direct employee inquiries
- Maintain employee documentation and electronic HR records

- Coordinate onboarding forms, completion tracking and follow-ups
- Support interviews, candidate communications and recruitment documentation
Requirements:
- Administration, human resources or related experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is considered
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups effectively
- Use Outlook, Word and Excel comfortably
- Handle confidential employee information appropriately
