This Manager partners with operational leaders to improve productivity, inventory management, service levels, transportation efficiency, and supply chain performance. The position leads analytics, KPI governance, automated reporting, and continuous improvement across OMS and Royal Drugs. Success requires warehouse operations knowledge, data modeling, and advanced analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and supply chain performance metrics
- Establish KPI ownership, reporting standards, and data governance
- Analyze trends and provide actionable leadership recommendations
- Support business reviews through reporting and root cause analysis
- Develop automated reporting and self service analytics capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
- Five plus years of progressive supply chain experience
- Advanced Power BI, Excel, and Power Query skills
- SQL and data modeling capabilities
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
