Lead ERP governance, RAID tracking, and executive reporting as a Senior Project Coordinator supporting multiple delivery streams. This permanent, full-time role strengthens Digital Services delivery discipline. You will coordinate a full-scale ERP implementation while supporting technical delivery and estimation. The role combines project controls, stakeholder follow-up, readiness coordination, and reporting. You will work with developers, SMEs, vendors, senior leaders, and executives across parallel streams. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain action, RAID, decision, dependency, and WBS registers Update MS Project schedules using departmental and SME input Coordinate vendor workshops, meetings, actions, and outstanding deliverables Prepare weekly status, Control Tower, and Steering Committee reports Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and readiness evidence Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or related field Five-plus years in project coordination, analysis, or PMO roles Two-plus years supporting large ERP, MIS, or similar implementations Experience with WBS, scheduling, dependencies, and executive reporting Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Jira Apply project governance, ERP coordination, and technical delivery skills while keeping parallel implementation streams accountable and ready.
