- Role: Business Analyst, Capital Markets (Derivatives & Fixed Income)
- Hours: 37.5 billing hours/week

Key Requirements & Candidate Ideal Profile
- Domain Expertise: Minimum 5 years of BA experience in Capital Markets, with heavy hands-on exposure to Derivatives and Fixed Income.
- Trade Lifecycle Knowledge: End-to-end understanding spanning front office trading desks, pricing model logic, quantitative inputs, settlement, compliance, regulatory reporting, and accounting.
- Phase & Technical Focus: Feasibility, business architecture design, creating requirement registers, and driving upstream RFI/RFP vendor evaluation processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to interface effortlessly with Traders, Quantitative Developers, Compliance Officers, and IT teams without requiring on-the-job domain training.
- Executive Presence: Strong leadership posture—systematic meeting prep, ability to drive consensus to secure decisions, and deliver high-visibility executive presentations.
