Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 12 to 18 months rolling forecast
- Create weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions
- Lead demand management and forecasting processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in demand planning
- University degree in Business or Supply Chain
- Strong financial literacy and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of MRP and demand software
- Proficiency in MS Office and SQL preferred
