The work involves sales, training, activation, data, and information technology teams. Strong project management, CRM knowledge, communication, and analytical skills support successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan kickoff and pre-launch meetings for customer onboarding
- Gather project information and update project cards
- Coordinate internal requests and training invitations
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, quality assurance, and testing
- Inspect delivered configurations and provide post-implementation support
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry and project management
- Experience in customer support software
- Fluency in English and French
