This senior project management role requires ten years of retail construction experience in high-end buildouts. You will coordinate project stakeholders, oversee quality and safety, and manage project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings with involved parties
- Monitor deadlines, quality, safety, budgets, and actual costs
- Negotiate subcontractor contracts and coordinate purchase orders
- Order required materials and equipment for projects
- Oversee Assistant Project Manager duties and performance
Requirements:
- Ten years of retail construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and contracts
- English communication skills with Canadian and American clients
