Revit is the industry-leading BIM platform, used by AEC firms to design, construct, and operate the buildings the world depends on. We're reimagining what Revit is: a connected, cloud-enabled, AI-ready platform that works with open data, APIs, and agents.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a broad set of capabilities. These are the foundations that power nearly every Revit workflow and team. They include APIs and extensibility, MCP and agentic capabilities, cloud engines, interoperability, and data workflows, among other areas. Data is a critical area of focus.
This role is for a builder. You use AI to prototype, analyze, and ship. You're as comfortable reading an API spec or testing an agent workflow as you are presenting a roadmap to executives. You'll move across a wide range of problems and turn complex technical capabilities into clear value for customers, developers, and partners.
Location: Toronto, Montreal / Remote
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a portfolio of Revit Core capabilities, with the freedom to take on new problems as the platform evolves.
- Lead product direction for APIs, agentic workflows, and extensibility, defining how Revit capabilities are exposed to Agents, other Autodesk products, developers, customers, and partners.
- Drive Revit's shift from file-based import/export to open, granular data, including integration with the AEC Data Model and interoperability with the wider customer ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering and architecture leaders on cloud engines, platform modernization, and developer services.
- Prototype, test, and validate ideas yourself using AI tools, and bring evidence rather than opinions to decisions.
- Work directly with customers and partners, including leading AEC firms and developers, to translate discovery into real workflows and guide priorities.
- Translate technical investments into clear customer, developer, and business outcomes, and communicate them to teams and senior leaders.
- Align Revit, cloud, AI, platform, and discipline teams so decisions are made quickly and clearly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Product management experience with APIs, developer platforms, cloud services, AI products, or complex enterprise software.
- An AI-native mindset: hands-on experience with LLM-based products, agentic workflows, or developer tooling, and a habit of building with AI in your own work.
- Strong technical fluency and credibility with software developers and architects.
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-team initiatives from problem definition through adoption.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Comfort managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty, and collaborating with a global team.
Preferred Qualifications
- API experience or prior software development experience.
- Experience with AEC, CAD, BIM, or design software. This is helpful but not required, and we welcome strong candidates from AI, platform, and cloud backgrounds.
- Familiarity with open standards such as IFC, or with managing large volumes of data.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
