This full-time Human Resources Business Partner position supports ACX, a national collision repair organization. Partner with operational leaders on employee relations, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leaders on workforce planning and people strategy
- Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and overtime costs
- Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Support succession planning, talent assessments, and internal promotions
- Track HR KPIs and provide actionable business insights
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role
