As Real Estate Lease Administrator, you will support Aurora's growing Canadian real estate team while reporting to the Director of Real Estate. The role covers ground and tenant leases, licences, and master lease agreements through drafting, execution, abstraction, and ongoing administration. You will work daily with NexsysOne, Microsoft Word, Excel, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft leases, licences, amendments, renewals, and related agreements
- Populate approved templates from deal sheets and instructions
- Coordinate DocuSign execution and maintain version control
- Review NexsysOne records against executed agreement terms
- Monitor alerts, update records, and respond to information requests
Requirements:
- Two to five years' relevant experience or recognized legal education
- Strong professional written and verbal English communication
- Exceptional attention to detail in drafting and data entry
- Strong organization managing multiple files and critical dates
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint proficiency
