Oversee analytical laboratory operations and reviewed data reporting Manage Stability enrollment and ongoing regulatory compliance Lead test development, validation, and analytical testing execution Approve specifications, sampling instructions, methods, and procedures Establish OOS and OOT investigation processes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related discipline Five-plus years’ laboratory experience, preferably pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods Five-plus years’ leadership experience building high-performing teams Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional relationship skills Bring laboratory leadership, stability expertise, GLP knowledge, and sound decision-making to Aurora’s Canadian quality operations team.
