Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Cultivation Excellence, this Project Analyst coordinates strategic initiatives across global operations. The work combines project planning, operational analysis, dashboard development, and emerging technology evaluation. You will translate complex cultivation and environmental data into practical recommendations and measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cultivation projects, timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional cultivation trials
- Analyze operational, environmental, yield, and quality data
- Build dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical tools
- Evaluate AI, automation, and predictive analytics opportunities
Requirements:
- Three or more years in project coordination or analysis
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, science, engineering, business, or related field
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Sage, and Microsoft Projects
- Python or SQL experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
