Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead development of large-scale RAG systems on domain‑specific document corpora (tens of thousands of PDFs/HTMLs)
- Build advanced NLP pipelines for pattern detection, trend forecasting, risk/opportunity scoring, and citation‑aware remediation recommendations
- Design probabilistic and time‑series models that handle noisy, imbalanced, evolving data with strong explainability
- Guide architecture decisions that enable reuse across verticals while preserving domain specificity
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with domain experts to ensure predictions are both technically robust and commercially valuable
Qualifications Required:
- 7+ years hands‑on production ML experience, with emphasis on NLP and large unstructured document systems
