Aura seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee onsite construction for design-build projects. You will supervise personnel, coordinate stakeholders, and represent Aura Office Environments at client sites. The work requires construction plans, scheduling concepts, safety compliance, and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Manage onsite construction from beginning through completion Coordinate site mobilization, deliveries, inspections, and trade activities Host trade coordination meetings and safety toolbox talks Monitor schedules, budgets, quality expectations, and project issues Coordinate deficiencies, clean-up, materials, and required manual labour Requirements:
Five or more years as a construction site superintendent Advanced construction plans, layouts, sequencing, and techniques knowledge Advanced scheduling concepts, including milestones and Gantt charts Level 2 First Aid and clean driver's license English communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills Apply construction leadership, scheduling, safety, and coordination expertise to Aura’s Vancouver design-build projects.
