You will review drawings, specifications, addenda, photos, and hazardous materials surveys. The work includes pricing scopes, calculating costs, and preparing practical, compliant bids. Key Responsibilities:
Review inbound leads against company objectives Analyze drawings, specifications, and hazardous materials reports Complete quantity take-offs and develop competitive bids Calculate labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Submit estimates and change orders on time Requirements:
Five or more years of construction estimating experience Knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mould abatement scopes Understanding of WorkSafeBC requirements Strong Excel skills and drawing-reading ability Knowledge of contracts and change order processes Bring construction estimating, hazardous materials knowledge, and Excel expertise to accurate bids supporting demolition projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
