The Controller will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, implement strong accounting policies, and lead external audit processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Guide on compliance with Canadian Accounting Standards (ASPE)
- Maintain strong accounting policies and internal controls
- Support multi-entity accounting operations
- Identify and mitigate financial reporting risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce with accounting major
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years in senior accounting roles
- Experience with external audits
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
