As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment for engineering, skilled trades, and technical business units. Your work will cover sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align hiring practices with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requisition approvals, intake sessions, postings, sourcing, and interviews
- Coordinate candidate interviews, background screening, and reference checks
- Prepare offer packages and develop future talent pipelines
- Lead sourcing for difficult-to-fill technical positions
- Track metrics and support global recruitment projects
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in human resources or equivalent
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong LinkedIn and social media sourcing experience
- Experience with Taleo, SuccessFactors, or comparable systems
- Technical recruitment experience, especially engineering
