As Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you oversee studies throughout start-up, conduct, maintenance, and closeout. The position combines clinical monitoring, site activation, CTMS and TMF oversight, sponsor communication, and team mentoring. You help achieve milestones while maintaining regulatory, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical planning and operational oversight across assigned studies
- Support site identification, initiation, patient recruitment, and retention
- Oversee CTMS and Trial Master File maintenance
- Coordinate monitoring issues with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Review monitoring reports and resolve site-level issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or RN in life science or related field
- Eight to ten or more years of clinical research experience
- Clinical trial and monitoring experience
- Experience supporting study management across all phases
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and technical guidance
