Adecco is currently recruiting for a Maison Host to join a prestigious luxury jewelry and watch boutique in Downtown Toronto.

As the first point of contact for clients entering the boutique, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated and personalized luxury experience. Pay rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Deliver an Exceptional Luxury Client Experience

• Welcome clients and guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors entering the boutique
• Confirm appointments and escort clients to their designated Sales Associate
• Provide information about the boutique, products, and services while ensuring a seamless client journey
• Maintain a polished and professional presence that reflects the prestige of the brand
• Coordinate guest arrivals and manage showroom traffic flow
• Direct clients to the appropriate Sales Associate or Manager
• Offer and facilitate premium beverage service for boutique guests
• Anticipate client needs and ensure every visitor receives personalized attention

Customer Service & Communications

• Manage inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding boutique services, operating hours, appointments, and repair processes
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a luxury service standard
• Uphold all boutique, corporate, and client experience protocols
• Ensure compliance with established service standards and customer experience guidelines
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Maintain a welcoming and elegant boutique atmosphere at all times

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, concierge, contact centre, or a related client-facing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Professional, polished, and confident presentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Preferred

• Experience within luxury retail, jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service
• Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset
• Passion for luxury brands and exceptional client experiences
• Career-focused individual with a desire to grow within the luxury retail industry
