As a Service Technician, you will conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of air compressors and related equipment. This role requires solid electrical knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure the efficient operation of machinery at various customer sites. You will provide technical support, promote service products, and develop customer connections for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service and maintenance on air compressors and dryers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on equipment
- Advise customers on machine operations and maintenance
- Document daily tasks including timesheets and service reports
- Participate in continuous product knowledge training
Requirements:
- Certification in Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Experience with industrial air systems and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license with clean abstract
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
