Key Responsibilities:
- Create loyalty through needs-based customer conversations
- Explain products, services, and digital banking channels
- Drive outbound calling and appointment-setting conversations
- Perform teller functions and balance cash daily
- Refer needs across lending and business lines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience required
- One year banking experience preferred
- Previous cash handling and teller experience preferred
- Ability to obtain NMLS registration
