This opportunity supports reliable operation across conveyors and manufacturing machinery. You will use manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints while minimizing downtime through maintenance and troubleshooting. The position requires mechanical repairs, documentation, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete preventive maintenance on conveyors and manufacturing machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems using technical documentation
- Repair or replace pumps, valves, and motors
- Install new machines and equipment
- Perform quality checks and maintain required documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic License 433A
- Red Seal Journeyman certification
- Two to three years manufacturing industry experience
- Exposure to pneumatic controls and mechanical devices
- Welding and cutting experience preferred
