Use project controls, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills across complex infrastructure delivery. This experienced Project Coordinator supports DD&I planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You will coordinate environmental, geotechnical, utilities, survey, and other field investigation scopes. The role connects discipline teams, Project Delivery, Procurement, Health and Safety, Information Management, and Document Control. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multidisciplinary DD&I investigation activities and scope requests Track approvals, field execution, deliverables, and closeout Maintain trackers for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and milestones Support progress measurement, earned value, and performance reporting Coordinate submissions through Information Management and Document Control Requirements:
Five-plus years supporting multidisciplinary infrastructure or transit projects Degree or diploma in engineering, environmental sciences, or project management North American P3 or design-build project experience Experience coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Bring transportation coordination, project controls, and investigation experience to AtkinsRéalis’ Toronto-based infrastructure program.
