Lead electrical market development and technical delivery as AtkinsRéalis’ Director across Central Canada’s Mechanical and Electrical department. Guide teams, clients, and complex projects. This leadership position combines strategic market development with hands-on project execution and mentorship. You will support healthcare, education, defense, mission critical, and life sciences markets. The work includes proposal development, technical oversight, project management, and cross-regional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Develop key markets for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines Engage clients and participate in Key Account Management meetings Coordinate proposals and align them with quality standards Lead projects as Project Manager, Discipline Lead, or Design Engineer Mentor engineers and designers across their technical development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 15 years designing electrical building systems Registered Professional Engineer with PEO CAPM or PMP designation Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary design teams Bring electrical engineering leadership, market development, and project expertise to AtkinsRéalis’ Central Canada practice.
