AtkinsRéalis seeks an Environmental Scientist for its Site Assessment & Remediation team. You will support environmental sampling programs, interpret assessment data, prepare technical reports, and contribute to corrective or remedial action plans. The work supports transportation, infrastructure, water, power, and renewables sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and scope environmental sampling and investigation programs
- Develop sampling protocols, locations, timing, and analytical parameters
- Complete site assessments under regulatory requirements and best practices
- Prepare technical reports with risks and remediation recommendations
- Communicate findings to clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of environmental consulting experience
- Two years managing contaminated site assessment and remediation responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Regulations 153/04 and 406/19
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to health, safety, and technical protocols
