As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop deliverables for building systems projects across Western Canada. The work includes investigations, reports, design, construction administration, proposal writing, and consulting engineering. You will use AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, and Microsoft Office while supporting schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanical engineering design deliverables for assigned projects
- Complete investigations, reports, design, and construction administration
- Support proposals and Calgary mechanical engineering business development
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, accuracy, and deliverable consistency
- Perform safe site investigations, including travel and ladder access
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer registration with EGBC or APEGA
- Two to six years of relevant building systems design experience
- HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection building design experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
