Lead process engineering excellence at AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, guiding multidisciplinary delivery across industrial, municipal, and water projects. As Process Team Lead, you will direct technical execution, people development, and project delivery within the Process & Water practice. Your work spans process design, engineering governance, client guidance, and business growth across Ontario and Canada. You will support projects from studies and concept development through detailed design, commissioning support, and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop process engineers and specialists Serve as Process Lead, Technical Authority, or Project Manager Review process diagrams, balances, specifications, and technical reports Guide HAZOP, operability, constructability, and value engineering reviews Build client relationships and pursue business opportunities Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline Ontario P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration Minimum 15 years of relevant industrial engineering experience At least five years leading projects, teams, or groups Proficiency in English, communication, facilitation, and decision-making Apply process leadership, technical oversight, and client relationship expertise to AtkinsRéalis projects throughout Toronto, Ontario, and Canada.
