Lead railway infrastructure technical delivery at AtkinsRéalis, guiding design teams, client discussions, and multidisciplinary interface integration. Québec City region or regular travel required. Reporting to the Project Director, you will serve as the primary technical authority and client contact for railway infrastructure. This senior role combines design coordination, stakeholder management, risk control, and deliverable quality oversight. You will translate client needs into practical technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical discussions and facilitate design workshops Coordinate railway infrastructure design with related disciplines Oversee deliverable quality before issuance Identify technical risks and propose mitigation measures Mentor junior team members and support the Project Director Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline OIQ membership or eligibility for membership 12 to 15 years of relevant railway experience Experience with complex infrastructure and public transit projects Excellent French and functional or advanced English Bring railway design coordination, client leadership, and technical judgment to AtkinsRéalis infrastructure projects serving Québec City.
