Nuclear constructability leadership shapes the Monark-D program schedule during detailed design at AtkinsRéalis in Canada. Integrate execution strategies, work packaging, and commissioning requirements. As Constructability Integration Director, you support the integrated Level 3 program schedule and execution logic. You lead multidisciplinary reviews with Engineering, construction partners, Supply Chain, and Commissioning. Your work translates field execution requirements into design deliverables, procurement packages, sequencing, turnover logic, and interface milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and validation of the integrated Level 3 schedule
- Lead constructability reviews across project disciplines and partners
- Integrate construction strategies and work packaging into detailed design
- Identify construction risks, constraints, and opportunities early
- Incorporate testing, turnover, and commissioning requirements into deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Typically five to ten or more years of progressive experience
- Experience in nuclear, power generation, or regulated capital projects
- Experience developing or validating Level 3 schedules
- Knowledge of work planning, configuration control, and quality assurance
