Lead construction readiness for Monark-D through integrated logistics, materials management, and field operations planning at AtkinsRéalis in Ontario. Develop frameworks supporting safe, predictable execution. As Construction Programs & Readiness Director, you will develop and implement major construction support programs for detailed design and project execution. Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Controls, construction partners, and site management. Your work covers site logistics, material flow, equipment management, workforce logistics, temporary facilities, and field operations planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop overall site logistics and construction support strategies
- Lead material receipt, storage, preservation, and field distribution planning
- Develop crane, heavy-lift, rigging, and equipment-movement strategies
- Define laydown, warehousing, temporary facilities, and site-utilization plans
- Ensure programs support nuclear safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related discipline
