As a Human Factors Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Rail, Transit, and Telecoms team. Your responsibilities will span developing Human Factors documentation and processes, supporting project estimations, and ensuring timely deliverables. Partner with engineering teams to boost overall system usability and safety for rail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Human Factors processes and documentation
- Support estimating, tendering, and planning tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Build interdepartmental relationships to enhance service delivery
- Assist in System Assurance and Requirements Management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors or related field
- Professional certification in Human Factors and Ergonomics
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with engineering project teams
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
